Service Description

Intended for: Designed for supervisors and management, this course addresses the rising prevalence of mental health issues. With a focus on wellbeing strategies and deepening knowledge and awareness, you'll be prepared to effectively support both yourself and your team. This course also enables you to effectively work with those who have completed the Level 2 Mental Health in the Workplace training. The topics covered include understanding mental health, how to recognise mental ill-health problems and supporting an employee with mental health-related problems. The certification for this course lasts for 3 years There is a free downloadable student manual and certified CPD statement available from the delegates user account once they have completed the course.


Cancellation Policy

Circet endeavours to meet specified training dates, and reserves the right to alter dates subject to operational constraints: • Where a course is cancelled by the Academy, a full refund or course transfer shall be offered In the event that a delegate is unable to attend a booked training course, the Booking Form cancellation terms apply: • Cancellation prior to the commencement of training shall incur the following charges: • Between 14 and 7 working days: 50% course cost chargeable • Within 7 days: 100% course cost chargeable • All cancellations must be made in writing (email). In the event of non-attendance on the day of training, the full cost of training shall be chargeable • Delegates who fail to complete a course shall be charged at the full rate
